無國界醫生是㇐個獨立的國際醫療人道救援組織,致力為受武裝衝突、流行病與傳染病和天災影響,以及遭排拒於醫療體系以外的人群提供緊急醫療援助。無國界醫生只會基於人們的需要提供援助,不受種族、宗教、性別或政治因素左右。

媒體推廣專員(社群媒體)

規劃、製作及管理社群媒體的內容,提高民眾在無國界醫生(台灣)社群媒體的參與度,配合無國界醫生在台灣的公眾傳播活動。主要職責是依據無國界醫生的區域性傳播策略,藉由各種形式的社媒內容,提升無國界醫生在台灣的組織能見度和定位,引起民眾對無國界醫生全球活動和人道救援議題的關注,從而提高無國界醫生在台灣的知名度和接受度。

主要工作內容:

  1. 製作無國界醫生(台灣)在各社群媒體平台上的內容,提升㇐般大眾對無國界醫生的認識並吸引更多支持者。
  2. 規劃社群媒體平台上內容製作發布的時程表,追蹤內容發布後的表現績效是否達到當初訂定的目標。
  3. 調查研究市場上所有社群媒體平台的最新發展,了解各平台的使用趨勢及使用者行為分析,並將相關分析結果分享給部門同仁。
  4. 協助發想製作無國界醫生(台灣)的數位內容及視覺識別;確保相關內容及設計符合組織的相關準則規定。
  5. 參與無國界醫生(台灣)傳播策略、政策及流程的規劃及執行,必要時提出自己的看法及建議。
  6. 積極參與各個會議及工作小組以瞭解組織運作及關注議題,同時與無國界醫生(台灣)團隊分享所知。

資格:
此職務的理想人選須具備並熟悉跨社群媒體平台的知識及技能,可以瞭解台灣社群媒體平台的未來趨勢及使用者行為模式。職位人選應致力開發於以數據為本的傳播發展及分析,提出大膽而富有創意的內容想法,以提高大眾對無國界醫生的認識並推動支持者參與的積極度。職位人選須有優秀的分析及解決問題的能力。

  • 大學畢業、主修大眾傳播、新聞學或是相關科系,以及/或與職位工作內容相關的經驗。
  • 具2 年或以上管理社群媒體平台及數位內容相關工作經驗,具台灣或國際媒體/數位行銷產業經驗者為佳。
  • 熟悉所有主要社群媒體管道(臉書、YouTube、Instagram 等)、新興數位媒體趨勢及內容製作。了解LINE 平台運作者為佳。
  • 優秀的分析能力,能夠理解及分析社群媒體運作數據及評估。
  • 優秀的設計能力,精通影片編輯及設計工具,例:Adobe Creative Cloud apps 及/或Canva。對於版面設計有良好的品味。
  • 流利的中英文口語書寫能力,具備出色的寫作、編輯及校對能力。
  • 良好的人際溝通能力,能在大型組織中與他人進行團隊合作。
  • 靈活的工作模式,可以在壓力下於時限內完成工作。
  • 能夠獨立管理工作專案,有創意,積極主動,對於多變的工作內容適應良好。

其他資格:

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. We offer assistance to people based on need and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.
MSF set up an office in Taipei in April 2016, and officially established as a Foundation in 2019. We are looking for talented individuals with high motivation and enthusiasm, strong desire to contribute to humanitarian work and commitment to the aims and values of MSF to join us.

Communications Officer (Social Media)

To plan, create and manage social media content and drive engagement on MSFTW's social media platforms to serve MSF's public communications activities in Taiwan. The main objective is to raise the visibility and acceptance of MSF and awareness of humanitarian aid topics in Taiwan by promoting the profile and identity of the organisation, as well as its worldwide activities and humanitarian concerns via all forms of media and targeted groups among various audiences, in conjunction with the overall MSF regional communications strategy.

Major Responsibilities

  • Generate content for MSF Taiwan Social Media platforms to promote awareness and engage supporters in Taiwan.
  • Develop a content calendar for social media platforms to support MSFTW and monitor the performance to ensure the dissemination achieves the planned objectives.
  • Research and monitor the latest development in social media platforms, understand the usage trend and users’ behaviors, and update with Comms team members with the analysis.
  • Assist in developing digital content and visual identity for MSFTW; ensure the development is aligned with MSF guidelines.
  • Participate in planning and implementation of MSFTW’s communications strategies, policies and procedures, make recommendation and/or proposals when necessary.
  • Attend meetings and working groups to be involved with MSF operation and affairs in order to have better understanding about the organization, and to share learnings with the team.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge and skills across social media platforms and can understand the trends and user behaviours on social media platforms in Taiwan. The position should thrive on data-based strategy development and analysis and come up with bold and creative content to raise awareness and drive engagement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are vital for this position.

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism or equivalent field and/or a combination of relevant professional experiences in line with the stated responsibilities.
  • At least 2 years of professional work experience in managing social media platforms and digital content, preferably in Taiwan or international media or digital marketing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of all main social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.), emerging digital engagement trends and content production. Good knowledge of LINE is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and learn from social media performance data and evaluation.
  • Strong layout and design skills and proficiency in video editing and design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud apps and/or Canva. Have a good eye for design.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively in a dynamic but complex organisation.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and sometimes very tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage projects independently, think creatively, take initiatives, and be flexible to adapt to changing priorities
