內容行銷專員

無國界醫生是一個獨立的國際醫療人道救援組織,致力為受武裝衝突、疫病和天災影響,以及遭排拒於醫療體系以外的人群提供緊急醫療援助。無國界醫生只會基於人們的需要提供援助,不受種族、宗教、性別或政治因素左右。無國界醫生台北辦公室目前徵1位對無國界醫生的宗旨及國際人道事務有興趣的內容行銷專員加入我們的團隊。

內容行銷專員

此職位負責規劃及管理行銷內容製作以服務台灣的公共傳播活動。主要目的在於藉由媒體及目標族群,結合無國界醫生區域性傳播策略,宣揚基金會的理念及精神,以及其在全球各地的活動和對人道援助的關注議題,提升無國界醫生的能見度及大眾接受度。

主要工作內容: 

  • 管理無國界醫生在台灣的理念宣傳及定位流程,以主導一般大眾對特定議題的認識和參與(主要強調我們的在醫療及人道援助的定位)— 建立和強化無國界醫生在台灣的相關性、合法性、及影響力,同時要確保遵循無國界醫生區域性溝通策略;
  • 負責概念發想、計劃、重新定位、開發無國界醫生的內容/出版物並將之付諸施行; 亦即,建立一個包含各種故事/宣傳內容的資料庫,後續可以在各式媒體頻道上傳播;
  • 與公關經理討論,為上述工作定義可衡量的目標和關鍵指標;
  • 提供圖像內容支援台灣的募款策略和活動;
  • 提供公關傳播相關專業知識及內容,協助前線人資進行前線人員招募;
  • 監督有關無國界醫生在組織定位方面相關的公開辯論、機會及風險並提出相關報告。

資格:

  • 傳播學系、新聞學系或行銷學系相關學士學位,3年以上在台灣、國際媒體或是線上行銷產業進行新聞撰寫、編譯、內容產出等相關工作經驗;具有專案管理驗尤佳;
  • 對於國際事務有高度興趣及相關知識;
  • 對於台灣的傳播、印刷及線上媒體有相當程度的了解;
  • 曾於國際性非政府組織、國際關係組織或是公家健康福利相關機構工作過尤佳;
  • 有視覺敘事、圖樣設計及版面編輯相關工作經驗者為佳;
  • 對於人道救援、線上新聞媒體及社群媒體技能有透徹的瞭解;
  • 須熟悉MS Office作業;
  • 流利的中英文口語及書寫能力;優秀的英文書寫及編輯能力 (面試過程中會進行測試);
  • 致力於無國界醫生的宗旨和價值;
  • 能夠獨立工作、但是同時也有良好的團隊合作精神;
  • 優秀的簡報能力及扎實的翻譯和文案撰寫經驗;
  • 能在壓力下工作並於期限前完成工作;
  • 能彈性配合工作時間。

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. We offer assistance to people based on need and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. We have the following vacancy and are looking for a talented individual with a strong desire to contribute to humanitarian work and commit to the aims and values of MSF to join our team in Taipei.

Communications Officer (Content and Positioning)

Plan and manage content productions to serve public communications activities in Taiwan. The main objective is to raise the visibility and acceptance of MSF by promoting the profile and identity of the organisation as well as its worldwide activities and humanitarian concerns via media and targeted groups among the general public, in conjunction with the overall MSF regional communications strategy.

Major Responsibilities

  • Manage MSF TW positioning processes, including branding, that govern public awareness and engagement toward defined audiences (prominently highlighting our medical and humanitarian identity) – to establish and enhance MSF's relevance, legitimacy, reach and influence in Taiwan and in coherence with MSF regional communications strategy
  • Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, repurposing, developing and implementing MSF content/publications; that is, developing an ecosystem of diverse stories/content ready to be disseminated on various channels. 
  • Define measurable objectives and key indicators for these activities with the Communications Manager
  • Support the fundraising strategy and activities in Taiwan with image-aligned content
  • Advise and assist Field HR recruitment efforts with communications expertise and content
  • Monitor and report on relevant public debates, opportunities and risks for MSF’s institutional positioning.

Requirements

  • University degree in Communication, Journalism or Marketing;
  • 3 years of professional work experience in writing, editing and coordinating content production in Taiwan or international media or online marketing industry. Proven project management experience is highly desirable;
  • Strong interest and knowledge of world affairs;
  • Good knowledge of broadcasting, print and online media in Taiwan;
  • Experience at international non-governmental organisations, international relations or in the public health arena is highly valued;
  • Experience in visual storytelling, graphic design and page layout are highly sought after;
  • A thorough understanding of humanitarian action, online news media and proven social media skills;
  • MS Office proficiency essential;
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin); excellent writing and editing skills in English (to be tested during the selection process);
  • Commitment to the aims and values of Médecins Sans Frontières;
  • Ability to work independently but also a good team player;
  • Good presentation skills and solid experience in translation and copy writing;
  • Ability to work under pressure and to respect deadlines;
  • Flexible working hours.
