無國界醫生是一個獨立的國際醫療人道救援組織,致力為受武裝衝突、疫病和天災影響,以及遭排拒於醫療體系以外的人群提供緊急醫療援助。無國界醫生只會基於人們的需要提供援助,不受種族、宗教、性別或政治因素左右。無國界醫生台北辦公室目前徵求對無國界醫生的宗旨及國際人道事務有興趣的行銷專員(支持者關係維護)1位加入我們的團隊。

行銷專員(支持者關係維護)

此職位負責管理、發展、執行捐款人維護專案,經營並改善捐款人關係及溝通,以穩固長期支持,提高捐款收入。

主要工作內容: 

  • 負責捐款人維護全年計畫及預算
  • 獨立執行及分析行銷活動與專案,以達年度收入目標及KPIs
  • 依捐款人類型,建立不同捐款人旅程(donor journey),並發展相關的忠誠計劃以提升關係及會員參與
  • 管理並監督第三方服務商工作內容與成效
  • 與捐款服務專員共同發展對外溝通流程,提高服務品質,確保內容詳實紀錄於資料庫,以利後續維護及追蹤

資格:

  • 學士學位,至少3年行銷(如會員行銷、客戶關係管理、電話行銷)經驗;有非營利組織募款經驗優  
  • 擅長數據分析
  • 擅長MS Excel,熟悉Power BI優;熟悉客戶管理系統
  • 持有良好的專案管理以及處裡多項任務的能力;能在預算以及期限內獨立執行專案
  • 注重細節、目標達成以及成果導向
  • 認同無國界醫生的宗旨與價值觀
  • 良好的團隊精神與彈性並能獨立工作
  • 流利的中文說寫及良好的英文能力

Marketing Officer (Cultivation)

This position is responsible for managing, developing, and implementing fundraising programs that aim to cultivate and retain existing donors and supporters of MSF in Taiwan.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Responsible for MSF Taiwan’s donor cultivation strategic planning and annual budgeting for all cultivation and retention programs.
  • To independently initiate, implement, and analyze fundraising cultivation campaigns to raise the donation income and achieve KPIs as devised in the Annual Plan.
  • Develop tailored donor care and loyalty programs and dedicated donor journey for donors in different tiers and segmentation to enhance donor relationship and engagement.
  • Research and monitor working status of service providers in support of timely implementation for cultivation and retention programs.
  • Develop and manage donor communications (inquires, complaints, requests) procedures and content with Donor Service Unit to ensure high quality of customer services are provided and data correctly recorded.

Requirements

  • University graduate with minimum 3 years working experience in marketing, especially in membership marketing, customer relationship management, or telemarketing is preferred; fundraising experience in NGO sector is a plus;
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Strong excel skills, knowledge in Power BI a plus; familiar with CRM system
  • Strong project management skills and multi-tasking ability, able to steer project within the budget and the timeline with minimum supervision
  • Attentive to details and committed to delivering objectives; results-oriented
  • Excellent Chinese writing skills, and fluency in oral English
  • Strong interest in the mission of MSF
  • Able to work independently but also a good team player
