無國界醫生是㇐個獨立的國際醫療人道救援組織,致力為受武裝衝突、流行病與傳染病和天災影響,以及遭排拒於醫療體系以外的人群提供緊急醫療援助。無國界醫生只會基於人們的需要提供援助,不受種族、宗教、性別或政治因素左右。無國界醫生台北辦公室目前徵1 位對無國界醫生的宗旨及國際人道事務有興趣的資深行銷專員(捐款招募)加入我們的團隊。

資深行銷專員(捐款招募)

執行台灣無國界醫生基金會之募款策略,制定、開發及執行各種管道的捐款人招募行銷計畫,目的為招募新的潛在關係者、支持者、定期及㇐次性捐款人。

主要工作內容:

  1. 負責規劃年度募款預算(收入及支出),提供捐款人招募規劃策略建議。
  2. 制定、規劃並執行各項公眾勸募活動(街頭推廣與募款、電視募款DRTV、文宣、夾寄等),以達成年度預定目標以及 KPI。
  3. 管理街頭推廣與募款團隊及合作廠商,確保活動成效。
  4. 開發新的募款管道及合作夥伴。
  5. 定期報告並分析各項募款活動成果。
  6. 與團隊成員協調合作,執行各項整合活動及支持者招募計畫。

資格:

  • 學士學位,具4 年以上行銷或是銷售相關工作經驗,具非營利組織募款經驗者為佳。
  • 成果導向並致力於達成目標。
  • 優秀的專案管理能力,能在預算及預定時間內完成工作。
  • 能同時進行多項任務,有效處理重複性工作。
  • 具有跟外部廠商合作完成專案、並管理他們的豐富經驗。
  • 具有優秀的分析、解決問題及創造性思維能力。
  • 良好的人際溝通、協調談判及簡報表達能力。
  • 能夠獨立作業,但亦能於需要時與其他團員合作。
  • 對國際事務及無國界醫生人道救援活動具備高度興趣及使命感。
  • 優秀的中英文的口語書寫能力。
  • 具備數位行銷知識者尤佳。

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. Senior Marketing Officer (Acquisition)

To execute MSF Taiwan Fundraising strategy and subsequently formulate, develop and implement multi-channel acquisition programs in mass marketing that aim to acquire new leads, supporter, regular donors and one-off donors.

Major Responsibilities

  1. Be responsible for MSF Taiwan annual acquisition budget (income and expense); propose strategic plans for donor acquisition.
  2. Formulate, plan and implement various mass fundraising acquisition campaigns (F2F awareness and fundraising, DRTV, printed materials and mailings) to achieve annual targets and KPIs.
  3. Manage F2F awareness and fundraising teams, vendors and service providers to ensure campaign performance.
  4. Explore new acquisition channels and cooperating partners.
  5. Prepare regular monitoring reports and analyze the end results of all campaigns.
  6. Coordinate and work with team members to execute various integrated activities and supporters-initiated events (SIF).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, with 4 years of relevant work experience in marketing or sales, fundraising experience in NGO sector is an asset.
  • Results-oriented and committed to deliver objectives.
  • Strong project management skills. Able to steer project within budget and timeline.
  • Multi-tasking: ability to handle several tasks simultaneously, and find efficient ways to carry out repetitive tasks.
  • Extensive experience in multiple agency management and working with external suppliers to deliver projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Strong commitment to MSF’s humanitarian aid work.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
  • Knowledge in digital marketing is a plus.
